Project: " Government and Community Dialogue: Ensuring Stability in HIV / AIDS Programs"

Aim of the project: 
1. Ensure the involvement of NGOs working in the field of HIV / AIDS prevention in the creation of a new National Program for providing HIV prevention, treatment, care and support for HIV-infected and AIDS patients for 2014-2018 to be introduced of this program of strategically important directions for overcoming the HIV / AIDS epidemic (full provision of treatment for HIV-positive people, participation of HIV-service NGOs in the state social order, financing of substitution therapy programs).
2. Providing and lobbying for the inclusion in the State Standards of social services provision of those positions that are in the interest of the HIV-positive people and their organizations.
