LHSI specialists held a rich and inspiring two-day working meeting with social workers of the partners of the the project "You should know about TB: active detection of tuberculosis cases among IDPs and other families in difficult life circumstances".
During the meeting, they discussed the most interesting practices of implementing the project under martial law, exchanged experience in social work on the active detection of tuberculosis and LTBI among individuals and families in difficult life circumstances.
The invited trainer devoted the session to the prevention of professional burnout and psychological support in wartime and presented techniques and psychotechniques of self-regulation of the emotional state, psychological relief, auto-training, including through art therapy, aromatherapy and laughter therapy.
The project is implemented by the NGO "Labor and Health Social Initiatives" (LHSI) with the support of the Charitable Foundation "Alliance for Public Health" within the framework of a grant from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. And also in cooperation with regional and local centers of social services and medical and preventive institutions.
