Project: "Prevention of HIV infection in order to be involved in the prevention program of CSSSDM"

Aim of the project: reduce HIV infection among injecting drug users by leveraging the potential of social services centers to use harm reduction strategies: the distribution of syringes, condoms, alcohol wipes, lubricants, and information on safer drug use; providing counseling, voluntary testing, primary care, and referral to other facilities.

Project period: 03.2009-01.2015.

Project location: Kharkiv, Lugansk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernihiv region and Crimea.
