Supervision for social workers

At the end of August, group supervision was conducted to support the work of social workers in the project "You should know about TB: active detection of tuberculosis cases among IDPs and other families in difficult life circumstances".

It was conducted by the project's social expert Natalia Lukyanova. The online event was attended by social workers from Kharkiv and Chernivtsi region.

During the event, an analysis of the state of implementation of algorithms for the interaction of social and medical services in the direction of detecting TB/LTBI among clients of social services, including children from their families within the framework of the project, was presented, regulatory documents of 2023 in the field of TB control in Ukraine were reviewed, and real situations and their solutions were analyzed.

And on September 7, under the same program, two supervisions were conducted with social service providers in Vinnytsia, Donetsk, Lviv regions and Kyiv.
