We continue to be active in the project
We are resuming the activity of the project "Empowering Law Enforcement in Overcoming Online Violence against Children" funded by the European Union, which was launched in January this year.
Thus, in September, the LHSI team held working meetings in Kyiv and Vinnytsia with representatives of the Children's Services and Juvenile Police Departments. During the meetings, the project itself and what has already been done since the beginning of the year were discussed, as well as inquiries and problematic issues regarding the possibility of ensuring children's digital rights and creating effective modern tools for responding to child abuse on the Internet. In addition, they agreed on further steps and the creation and dissemination of an algorithm for addressing children and parents and responding to them in a preventive manner.
The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium of civil society organizations by the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization Ukrainian Fund "Child Well-being", All-Ukrainian Public Center "Volunteer" and LHSI " Labor and Health Social Initiatives".
