Non-governmental organization "Labor and Health Social Initiatives" (LHSI), Kyiv announces a request for proposals for:
🔹 Subject of procurement
Development of a joint, cross-border methodology for psychosocial work with children and youth, in particular in the following areas:
- preventing depression
- combating online hate (cyberbullying)
- overcoming traumatic experiences
- promoting integration among peers
The selection of the contractor will be carried out in accordance with the following principles:

🔹Task description
The project involves the development of a holistic cross-border methodology for:
- training of specialists (education, social sphere)
- conducting seminars for children and youth
The methodology should take into account current challenges for young people in Ukraine and Poland:
- depression
- online hate
- trauma (including war experience)
- integration in a multicultural environment
The work will take place in collaboration between experts from Ukraine and Poland through a series of online meetings.
📑 Main components of the task
1. Preliminary analysis and exchange of experience
- 4 online meetings (6 hours each)
- participation of experts from Ukraine and Poland
- collaborative development of a learning framework
Topics:
- depression and war trauma
- Hate speech and cyberbullying
- trauma and PTSD
- youth integration
2. Development of training modules
Each module will include:
- training program for specialists
- lesson plans for youth
Module topics:
- depression
- war trauma
- online hate
- integration and interaction among peers
3. Consultations and finalization
- peer review of materials
- preparation of a methodological manual
The manual will contain:
- theoretical block
- training programs
- at least 2 lesson plans for each module
👩🏫 Requirements for performers
The contractor must provide a team of experts who meet the following criteria:
- higher education (psychology, social work or related fields)
- at least 3 years of experience working with children and youth
- experience in developing teaching materials
- experience in the field of mental health
