Project goal:
1. Ensuring the participation of NGOs working in the field of overcoming HIV/AIDS in the creation of a new National Program for Ensuring HIV Prevention, Treatment, Care and Support for HIV-Infected and AIDS Patients for 2014-2018 at the national level in order to include in this program strategically important areas for overcoming the HIV/AIDS epidemic (full provision of treatment for HIV-positive people, participation of HIV-service NGOs in the state social order, financing of substitution therapy programs).
2. Ensuring and lobbying for the inclusion in the State Standards for the Provision of Social Services of those positions that meet the interests of HIV-positive people and their organizations.
